Delivery & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
What you are buying, and from whom
You are buying Hallelujah 300 – Powerful Prayers for All Nations and All Times by Rabbi Asher Roash, as a digital edition or as a printed copy, depending on the store and the edition you choose.
The book is not sold on this website. Every purchase button sends you to an online bookstore — most of them through a Books2Read page that simply lets you pick the store you prefer (Apple Books, Kobo, Everand, Smashwords, Thalia, Barnes & Noble and others). The English edition is also sold directly by Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
This matters for your rights: your purchase is a contract with that store, not with us. Payment, delivery, cancellation and refunds are all handled by the store, under its own policy and customer service, and it is the store you should contact first. These are large, established retailers with well-known refund procedures and buyer protection.
How the book is delivered
The bookstore you buy from delivers the book to you. A digital edition normally appears in that store's library or reading app straight after purchase, and can be read on all major devices — phone, tablet and computer. A printed copy is despatched by the store in the usual way.
If your copy has not arrived, please first check the account and the mailbox you used at that store, including its spam folder. If it is still missing, contact the store — and do also tell us using the details at the bottom of this page, so we can help chase it up.
Right of cancellation for digital content
Because the book is digital content that is made available to you immediately, the statutory "cooling-off" right of withdrawal that normally applies to online purchases (for example, the 14-day right under EU and UK consumer law) does not apply once you have been given access to the book and started to download or read it. By completing the purchase and accessing the book you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal.
If you have paid but have not yet accessed or downloaded the book, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Refunds
Because the sale is made by the bookstore, refunds are requested from that store, through the order history or customer service of the account you bought with. Each of them has its own procedure and its own time limit, and they will generally consider cases such as:
- The book was never delivered to your account.
- The file is faulty, corrupted or unreadable.
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- A printed copy arrived damaged, or did not arrive.
If a store will not help you, or you are unsure how to reach it, please contact us anyway using the details below. We cannot process a refund for a purchase made at another company, but we will do our best to help you sort it out, and we will always make sure you end up with a readable copy of the book.
Please also bear in mind that a digital book generally cannot be returned once it has been downloaded and read. The website describes the contents openly so that you can decide before buying.
Pricing and currency
The prices shown on this site are in US dollars and are a guide. The price you actually pay is the one shown by the store at checkout, in your own currency, and it can differ slightly between stores and countries. Your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law where applicable.
